Sedicell

Image
Sedicell  is a mechanically simple and robust Dissolved Air Floatation clarifier that allows simultaneous removal of floatable and settable solids from suspensions in water for high clarity. Firstly, the raw water enters the central distributor and blends with air released from air carrier water. After this, the air bubbles carry the flocculated solids to the water surface and the Heavier particles settle at the bottom of the tank floor. After the separation of these particles, clear water present between the zones of floated and settled solid particles is subsequently discharged into the overflow of an adjustable weir. Performance HIGH CLARIFICATION and reduction of filterable suspended solids are obtained to meet Pollution Control Authority requirements. SLUDGE CONSISTENCY, maintained by the intermittent operation of the scoop along with adjustments of the tank water level, average 3-6% FLOCCULATING CHEMICALS can be added in several places depending on the effluent. Removals of 8...

Belt Filter Press

Sludge Dewatering

#SludgeDewatering   #ComboUnit   #Thickener +BeltFilterPress Krofta Engineering Ltd, India  Introduces newer version, enhanced capacity “Triple Wire Belt Filter Press” which is a COMBO UNIT (Thickener + Dewatering) Triple-Wire Belt Filter Press. This combo unit can work even at 0.8% sludge consistency without using separate thickener for dewatering Primary & biological secondary sludge generated at Industries & municipal plants. > In built flocculator comes as a standard supply with this new design > Low power consumption compared to other systems. The purpose of sludge dewatering is for waste minimization & to achieve overall cost efficiency for disposal. This machines has several combined processes added into one unit and it involves different applications such as chemical conditioning, gravity drainage and mechanical shearing and compression effect to remove water and dry up the sludge. Today, belt filter presses are widely used and it has beco...

Sludge dewatering

Image
Sludge dewatering  is the practice of minimizing waste by volume to prepare for its effective disposal.  Dewatering  the  sludge  with a  dewatering  filter press significantly reduces its weight and its volume before disposal. Digested  sludge  is put through large centrifuges that work in the same fashion as a washing machine spin cycle. The spinning centrifuge produces a force that  separates  the majority of the  water  from the  sludge  solid, creating a biosolid substance. Wastewater treatment involves several key components: physical treatment (i.e. screening and filtering processes), biological treatment (i.e. oxidation ponds and lagoons), and chemicals. The chemicals required for water treatment must be used more aggressively and in larger quantities for wastewater than municipal drinking water. As such, safe, proper storage for wastewater treatment chemicals is critical. There are five basic steps ...

Dewatering sludge

Image
Accumulation of residue in the sewage treatment plant is called sludge. A sewage sludge can be substantial, semi-solid, or slurry sludge material which is produced as a by-product of the wastewater treatment process. Formation of sludge also occurs due to the various factor, and one of the most common factors are  Tannery waste water.   Tannery waste water  is considered as one of the most pollution sources. It can leads to the environmental issues related to its high organic matter, suspended solids and chromium. A sludge is mainly classified into two categories which are Primary sludge and secondary sludge. The mud which occurs due to the chemical precipitation, sedimentation, and the primary process is called primary sludge. In contrast, the secondary Sludge occurs due to the activated waste biomass resulting from the biological wastewater treatment.     Treatment and disposal of the sewage sludge is the major problem the significant issues. Leather wastewater

The production of leather goods, leather goods, leather sheets, and wool produces a wide range of products, composite waste, high amounts of wastewater containing in contrast to most impurities and emissions. The uncontrolled issue of wastewater runoff from natural cans increases the health risks of citizens and pollution. Materials used from new skin care products, which produce wet greens, skin coverings, or finished skin contain trivalent chromium mixtures and sulphides in many cases. Biological and other materials are responsible for higher BOD and COD values    and represent a greater burden of pollution, resulting in technological problems, sophisticated equipment, and higher costs associated with pollution treatment. Provides a summary of water supply for each of the distribution activities during the dry season. Calculating the type of technology used (standard or advanced) water use varies greatly. The deliberate technology will be expanded in comparison with...

Tannery Industry

Tannery Industry has undergone many changes in recent years and is expected to be very different from the rainy season due to resource development, changes in consumer preferences in business policies. The sugar industry market is gaining great acceptance among the latest business worldwide. The Global Tanning Market Market Report provides an in-depth study of the sector size by key players, regions, product types and end user with historical and predictable data up to 2025. and their contribution to the entire market.   The most important regions that play a major role in the market share of the Tanning industryare: North America, Europe, China, Japan, Middle East and Africa, India, South America, Others . The tanning industry uses chemical solutions, acids and salts (including chromium sulfate) to dye the skin. This process is very quick a it is done within a day and a tannery skin product is formedChrome Audio Broadcast Report: ● The Tanning industry market report...
