lamella clarifier

Image
Lamella Clarifier  is a solid liquid Separator based on Sedimentation Process. The entire space in the clarifier is segregated into numerous integral sections or chambers. There are several blades fitted in the clarifier with their one side provided with settling surfaces. The operation mechanism of the  Lamella Clarifier  is as the following: Untreated inlet Waste Water Stream enters the  Lamella Clarifier Water longitudinally transverses through feed ducts along the tank Solids are now separated and descend onto settling surface provided by the blades Slide down continues to Collection hopper. Clarified water collected all across the Lamella Clarifier Section through perforated double wall PVC Pipes. Water level maintained up to the top of internal PVC Pipes. Clarified water through the central PVC weir Tube enters the V-Notch Chamber through the bottom Flocculation aid like Polyelectrolyte is used to enhance the binding efficiency of the flocs, their settlebility and clarity in th

Dewatering System

Image
Dewatering is  a term to describe the removal of groundwater or surface water from for example a construction site . In construction, the water is pumped from wells or sumps to temporarily lower the groundwater levels, to allow excavation in dry and stable conditions below natural groundwater level. What are the methods of dewatering? Sumps and Ditches. Shallow Well System. Deep Well System. Well Point System. Vacuum System. Cement Grouting System. Chemical Process. Freezing Process.   In which process dewatering is mostly used? Explanation: Drainage or dewatering is the process of removing the water from the water table for the purpose of excavation for construction purpose.   What equipment is used for dewatering? These include  centrifuges, filter presses, drying beds, sludge lagoons, and gravity and low pressure devices .   Why do we need dewatering? Natural evaporation aside, a dewatering process typically in

Belt filter Press

Image
Krofta Engineering Ltd, India  Introduces a newer version, the enhanced capacity “Triple Wire Belt Filter Press” which is a COMBO UNIT (Thickener + Dewatering) Triple-Wire Belt Filter Press. This combo unit can work even at 0.8% sludge consistency without using different thickeners for dewatering Primary & biological secondary sludge generated at Industries & municipal plants. > In built flocculator comes as a standard supply with this new design > Low power consumption compared to other systems. The purpose of sludge dewatering is for waste minimization & to achieve overall cost efficiency for disposal. This machines has several combined processes added into one unit and it involves different applications such as chemical conditioning, gravity drainage and mechanical shearing and compression effect to remove water and dry up the sludge. Today, belt filter presses are widely used and it has become a standard for general wastewater sludge application. For more detail

pressure sand filter

Image
Pressure Filter is a closed cylindrical vessel either vertical or horizontal (mostly vertical) containing the filter media over a collector system. Water flows from top downwards percolating through the media and is drawn off through the collector system at the bottom. Cycle of operation include back washing with or without air scouring, short rinse to waste and return to operation. The filter will effectively give clarified water having suspended solids to less then 20 ppm. The filter will have to be washed with Clarified water periodically. Advantages  Vertical / Horizontal Designs ,Strainer/Header-Lateral Collection Systems.  ASME /IS Standard Design, High Quality Filter media, Available as Sand, Dual Media, Multi Grade. Gravity filter, Low-Pressure Drop, Suitable for Indoor / Out Door Installation. Applications  Preparation of Cooling water, Treatment of Wastewater  Thermoelectric Power Plant, Pre-filtration for membrane systems  Filtration of gray water or Surface water, Productio

Central Driven Clarifier

Image
These clarifiers are suitable for tanks up to 50 meters of diameter. The clarifier has a special drive unit that is fitted to the shaft or cage. This cage or shaft can be provided with an overload sensor if required by the client. By means of the shaft or cage, scraper arms with scraper blades are connected to the drive unit. By utilizing fashionable machines and the latest equipment’s, we tend to engage in producing and provision an in-depth vary of Central Driven Clarifier. Our product are created from top quality ingredients sourced from reliable vendor of the business. These products are technically correct and are easy to figure. of that product are sturdily created and are compact in vogue.
