Manufacturing process

The Pulp is fed to a paper machine where it is formed as a paper web and the water is removed from it by pressing and drying, which is very much convenient when compared to making paper with hands in which a blotter sheet is used instead and drying it involved using air or heat to remove the water.

Pulp is a clean, wood-based, renewable and bio degradable raw material.it can be used to produce paper, tissue, board, and specialty paper- making them truly sustainable bioproducts.

According to the Indian Institute of Packaging (IIP), the packaging consumption in India has increased 200% in the past decade, rising from 4.3 kg per person per annum to 8.6 kg per person per annum as on FY20.
