The heart of the Megacell H may be a horizontal range of special “U” shaped elements that permits the utilization of both co-current and counter-current lamella clarification. The result's a really high hydraulic and solids capacity with excellent clarification efficiency. The Megacella H is provided with a high performance and mechanically strong floated sludge removal device. The Megacell V vertical dissolved air flotation clarifier features a simple mechanical construction, with just one single motor to drive the spiral scoop and carriage. Megacell features a lower pressurisation rate compared to traditional DAF clarifiers, which makes it more energy efficient.

The centre of the clarifier features a range of U shaped elements that enable the utilization of both co-current and counter-current lamella clarification. This provides a really high hydraulic and solids capacity, with excellent clarification and a minimal footprint.
