Sophisticated, patented technology and use of “U” shaped elements provide maximum flowrate per area and flowrate per unit of capital investment.

The heart of the Megacell H may be a horizontal range of special “U” shaped elements that permits the utilization of both co-current and counter-current lamella clarification. The result's a really high hydraulic and solids capacity with excellent clarification efficiency. The Megacella H is provided with a high performance and mechanically strong floated sludge removal device. The scraping and therefore the sludge extraction are separated so as to supply optimal fulfilment of those functions. This mix avoids the utilization of rubber gaskets commonly utilized in conventional scrapers pushing and extracting the floated sludge. Megacell H are typically provided with a bottom grader. MEGACELL V-

The Megacell V vertical dissolved air flotation clarifier is generally used for foam clarification and commercial effluents together with physical-chemical treatment.

Megacell reduces polymer consumption to a minimum by achieving optimal flocculation with extended mixing time, within the presence of air bubbles and polymer.

The Megacell V vertical dissolved air flotation clarifier features a simple mechanical construction, with just one single motor to drive the spiral scoop and carriage. Megacell features a lower pressurisation rate compared to traditional DAF clarifiers, which makes it more energy efficient.

The centre of the clarifier features a range of U shaped elements that enable the utilization of both co-current and counter-current lamella clarification. This provides a really high hydraulic and solids capacity, with excellent clarification and a minimal footprint.
